Hey guys.
I am currently on a bulk and was wondering is it okay to have healty fats in your Post Post Workout (ppwo)

5:00 - Pre workout - Complex Carbs and protein no fat
6:00 - Workout
7:00 - Post workout - Simple Carbs and Protein 2:1 c/p ratio
8:00 - Protein carbs and fat or should i skip the fat ?

just leave it as protein and carbs. mainly you just want some carbs to replace the energy you lost in your muscles.

He is talking about a post post work out. He is doing protein and carbs PWO. I see no reason to avoid fat for your second meal after working out.
