Hey.

I work at a gas station (laugh it up =P) but it's easy for me. I sit and eat, and eat some more.

So my work has porkrines, and I took a look at them the other day. 8 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, no carbs, per 6 "chips" or whatever you call them. Usually a bad has 24-30 per.

Granted, they're full of salt and whatever, but I drink enough water to counteract that.

I know the fat is mostly saturated and not healthy, but can I get away with these? They taste so good.

I'm bulking, btw.

just buy some heatlh bars and snack away at them...

well they are a keto-dieters dream chip....and i guess there's really no harm if your bulking, but they aren't exactly clean.


i personally can't get over my aversion to the fact that they are bits of friend pigskin. *shudder*

For keto, they are ace, but there is better stuff you can eat. For instance, beef jerkey is a good choice.

i think porkrines are sooooo dayumm good if i eat them i just drop some fat from another meal to even everything up. but i wouldnt eat them everyday to much saturated fat
