where can i find some info on CKD and how much fat/protein i need a day

thx kinda confused
it said 1.5 grams of fat rite per bodyweight or something?
so 1.5g fat x Body weight and for protein 1.5 x bw?

Take your boyweight.Let's say 200..
Do: 200x12=2400 calories per day
Then.. 1920/9(1g of fat=9cal)=213g of fat per day
Then.. 480/4 (1g of protein=4cal)=120g of protein per day
In case you don't loose weight,just reduce the amount of calories by 10%/.
Does the protein intake seem to be very low? Yes.. Is it ok? Certainly.Don't believe in the 1g of bodyweight myth.This is a chemical diet and you have to follow it strictly if you want it to work for you.You won't gain muscle nor you will lose muscle.You will just maintain your current muscle mass and that's more important than it seems to be.
Restrict your carb up to 1 every 7 days.(once per week)
Don't forget that it's a hardcore diet,so it may be difficult in the beginning.. Don't give up and don't let the flat look make you believe that your muscle mass has been reduced.
