does anybody know any websites that help with juking drills cuz i have alot of speed but i really suck at juking?

plyometrics will help with this as will having overall stronger legs

Juking is basically a quick jump to the side. You step to your right/left with one foot, and basically hop yourself over in a quick fashion.

yeah get some cones set 2 of them 5 yards a part and have somebody trying to tag ou while you try to get past it. also shadow somebody while they run, plyometrics, jump roping. It just comes with practice

I'm not sure what your sport is, but if you play lacrosse make sure you always have your stick in your hands while your practicing dodging. If practice "juking" without your stick you'll suck when you try with a stick.
Do ya'll ever do the linebacker drill (1 cone 5 yards apart from the other, and a cone in the middle. Start in the middle and go left-right-left or vice versa.) This works on quickness and explosiveness, some people strafe side to side and some people sprint side to side, whatever you think helps the most. This drill has helped me alot.
