howdy everyone. I'm 19 and a soph in college. All through high school I loved to work out but I never realized the importance of nutrition :mad: and graduated 6'1" and 160 lbs. If college has taught me anything it's how lazy I can be and how easy it is to get out of shape with alcohol. Last year (fresh yr) I was up to a very fatty 190 while occasionaly working out. I've slimmed down by cuting out junk food since then (unfortionatly wasn't motivated enough to work out) and am at 176. After realizing alcohol isn't all that it's hyped up to be and watching my gut grow and arms shrink I'm done drinking and ready to get back in shape. My goal is to get to 200lbs by my b-day in feb, 1.5 lbs a week. Here's my fitday.com that I started today.

well today was pretty weak. Embarrasingly low weight and getting sore quickly

pull downs

4x135
forearms and tris seemed to be what was stopping me from putting more weight up. Pretty weak over all, I wish I had done some seated rows but kinda just wanted to get out at that time.
