kinda gross, you've been forewarned. Would a body decide that, instead of just holding onto extra calories in the form of fat, ahem, expunge them instead? I ask because I'm starting to think i'm eating too much (~3300 / day, >200g protein, i weigh 155 w/ a super high metabolism), as I went to the bathroom twice this morning within 30 minutes of waking, both times were, well, large.
This tells me that i'm eating too much, but the only thing is i really don't seem to be putting on *any* fat. I have a six pack so it's pretty easy for me to see fat come on, and i feel like i should be seeing fat accumulate quicker.
I've been at this calorie level for a couple weeks maybe, is that too short a time period for fat gain? Seems like it would happen very quickly wiht such a surplus.

that's happened to me too lately lol, but im guessing it happened to me cause i went from 2,000 cals to 2500+ a day

The reason you have more going out is because you're eating more. Nothing to do with expelling excess calories. You're eating more food which results in more waste which results in more poo.

that's happened to me too lately lol, but im guessing it happened to me cause i went from 2,000 cals to 2500+ a day
that seems like a solid jump, i've been ramping it up slowly, i've gotta say that it was more of a consistency problem for me before i used fitday - some days i'd do awesome, almost hitting 3500-4000, some days would be terribly low, like i was trying to lose weight...

That's the joys of bulking! More food in = more waste out

OP: You don't have that fast of a metabolism - I weigh ~150 and eat 3500-3750 :)

? I have a fast metabolism, i'm pretty much exactly where you are. i'm 5 pounds heavier and a couple hundred calories less, and that's not to say they won't be raised again as volume increases.

when i was bulking taking in 3500-4000+ a day i was poopin 3-5 times a day, cutting and im still going 1-2.

Yeah that is reasonably fast - I used round about the same calories to bulk when I was 150ish.

I actually struggle to fit the food in - I wish I could bulk on 3000. It would make things a lot easier.

im having troubel eating enough protein there is junk in my body iate some now my body craves it lol how do i fix this??
