What are peoples opinions on the best way to train while on? At the moment im cutting while on my first course and sticking to heavy HIT and other low-volume routines but am curious as to what the best way to train while bulking. Most guys i know just add another excersise (eg. 12 sets for chest instead of 9) while others train everything twice a week, opinions?

You won't like my opinion:

If you don't know how to train when on, you probably shouldn't be on.

You should already know what training works for you. That doesn't change. You may be able to tolerate more volume/frequency, but that's the main difference.

Keep it simple, just hear your body, you can overtrain under gear too.
