So I went to the gym today. I actually went four times last week!

Oh that title there it is Gaelic..."It is a long road that has no turning".

There was a hot MILF when I walked in on the elliptical machine. She got nice and sweaty by the end of the night.

Oh yeah! I got a real job too with my degree! That starts next Monday...

I did back/bi's today.

I think its healed up. Itll never be 100% but Im back playing football, and obviously back in the gym trying to gain back a little strength/size.

McIrish: By the end of my tenure I will have our Northern border fully encompassing most of Ontario (we can skip Quebec) and Alberta. I might take a little longer to push westward into Saskcatchwan/BC. But other than planning the takeover of Canada...I will be mapping gas lines/making sure things dont explode for Dominion East Ohio Gas!

Mik: Not too much! Im pissed at myself again to I figured why not blow off some steam, and get teh built in the process.

Today is leg day, but I might do some running which is a change up for me. Hell if I get really motivated I might even do some ab work! Oh my!

I cant believe Ive let myself slip so far. In my case its been not eating enough/not working out enough. The results have been tragic and demoralzing. Ive lost almost 20lbs from my peak of 172lbs! Incredible.

But on the upside I do have a new steady job. That means the days of working 60hrs a week are over and I will have too much free time on my hands. That should work to my advantage. Along with working out I can persue some of my other hobbies. I have stacks of books that have been neglected over the last several months. I buy them, but never get to read them in a respectable frame of time. Also I can spend more time sharpening my guitar "skills". I use that term very loosely.

I guess my goal right now its to gain back some mass and form. To feel better about myself, and find yet another outlet for the emotion that always seems to be built up in me.

Leg day yesterday...did some time on the bike and then onto the lunges. Today is an off day. We went to shoot guns at the firing range and Ive been eating pretty good today.

Ugh. I woke up in a bad mood...not bad maybe...but down. I had a dream that really got me down.

November 3, 2006 Misc Day

I cant find a decent scale and I know the one at the gym isnt right. I can have it say Im anywhere between 152-156lbs. So I know I cant trust that. I do know that I feel much better over the past two weeks and I think Im beginning to see the signs of a turnaround.

Today was the last day of my lifting week. Kind of catching up on the smaller muscle groups that are secondary during the week, along with some cardio/stomach work.

1. CGBP- 115x8, 115x6, 115x6

2. Pushdown- 55x10, 55x8, 55x8

3. DB Shrugs- 55x8, 55x8, 55x8

4. DB Curls- 25x8, 30x8, 30x8

5. Hammer Curls- 30x8, 30x8, 30x8

6. Bike- 2.2 miles

The gym was kinda dead so I didnt see any hotties there. During the week though there are some fine chicks there per usual.

I start my new job on Monday...I passed the background check after they called to ask me if I was a "drug lord" in Toledo. I guess there is a Mike Jones in Toledo who is a pusher. Ive been to Toledo once, and that was to visit the Art Museum.

Football Sunday!

I had a pretty good game today. We won 25-18. I played WR/DB during the game and had a couple nice catches (if I can say that). I jumped for one ball and came down with it, but not on the "bad" shoulder. So I held up pretty well. Only dropped one ball...kinda gator armed one on a slant. Other than that I was clutch at WR. No touchdowns though.

Defense was solid. Broke up a few passes...the one long play I did give up I the WR made a great move and when I cut I went down in the freakin mud! I got up though and chased him down to about the 2 yd line. We were able to hold them on the goaline, and on 3rd down I shot on in a corner blitz to force a bad pass that turned into an INT.

Now Im just waiting around for the Browns at 4pm. Sitting here strumming on the old guitar.

Oh yeah had some "fun" with this 18 yr old I used to work with back in the day...that was kinda cool. :hump:

McIrish: I got a handful of nothin! I already knew this chick...so it wasnt that impressive. Fun though! I dont think we'll be seeing 180 anytime soon...:)

November 6, 2006 Chest Day

Oh man I started my new job today! Im a GIS Specialist for Dominion East Ohio Gas...so Im a glorified mapmaker. Its not a bad gig though. The only thing that sucks is I have to wake up at 430am to make to work by 7am. Ugh. But once I get the routine down I think itll be fine.

Gym Notes: I think Im in love with one of the cardio instructor girls. Ooooooh man. Something about a girl on a stage doing that cardio...stuff. The whole pony tail/baseball hat combo. Tight black pants....ok I need to settle down this is getting ugly. Brown hair...and NOT built like a skeleton.
Oh btw...she's *****ing He-Man. YAY MICHAEL!

November 7, 2006 Back Day

This whole waking up at 430 thing is getting old already! Hahahahahaha. But its something I have to do until I find a steady job that pays well a little closer to home. Right now it wouldnt make sense to move to Canton since I pay so little to live where I am now (and I have cable/hi-speed internet, heat, water, etc).

Gym Notes: One of my friends who I saw at the gym today said I was looking big again...now Ive never been big! Lets get that straight. But Ill take the compliment as I go along the road to not sucking. Nothing amazingly hot at tonight...not even my cardio girl. :(

November 8, 2006 Leg Day...kinda

Work wasnt too bad today. I actually did something! Hahahahahaha. I earned my money for the day...sitting in front of a computer. Mapping.

Hot Chick Report:

1. Hot Pink Shorts Chick- I couldnt tell how old she is but for legal reasons we can say shes 18. I saw her yesterday in an all gray sweatshirt/pants combo. She looked hot then...even hotter today on the treadmill when I was biking. Wow. Oh yeah...short pink shorts...short...pink...shorts.

Gym Notes: Other than the hot girl it was a pretty boring day. The days go by so fast now. I did move up a level on the bike and I have noticed that the cardio has helped me on Sundays when Im playing football.

November 9, 2006 Misc Day

After a long day of...pointing and clicking I was ready to get home for a nice three day weekend! I did tell one of the guys at work that I was "ready to Hulk out and throw my chair out the window" after several computer errors. I also told the girl behind me I wanted to "put my fist through the computer". She thought I should be "less dramatic". After I ate lunch I felt like a happy boy.

Gym Notes: I thought I was going to take the day off so I wouldnt be so tired when I went out tonight. But I couldnt just sit at home...so to the gym I went. Nothing to major there...did a bunch of sit ups and some clean up work for the week.

1. CGBP: 125x8, 135x6, 135x6...after I got warmed up these felt good

Yeah man! I got bored yesterday...I ended up being awake for almost 24 hrs! I woke up at 430 on thursday and didnt get into bed until about 230am this morning! Woooooo.

Ill probably end up at the gym today too....I wanna be huge.

Football!

Pretty good game of football today. It was overcast and a bit cold. Perfect football weather. The field conditions were pretty rough though. MUDDY! My team won 21-12. I had a few receptions and played decent defense. I did drop the first pass thrown to me, but after that I was solid.

Made a pretty nice one handed catch. I had to reel the ball in that was thrown behind me...on the run! I ended up somehow falling back and sliding through the mud. I caught it though.

Defense was average. I had trouble with my footing in the mud at times. I did give up a long pass, but it didnt go for a touchdown.

Overall it was a great day of football. The Browns won too!!

November 13, 2006 Chest Day

I must've pulled something during football yesterday. I was feeling a little sore on my inside right thigh and today I was limping around work. It didnt affect my chest day though. Hopefully I can keep it rolling...starting to see little changes as I start my fourth week back.

1. Bench: 145x8, 155x8, 165x6

2. Incline Bench: 125x6, 125x4, 125x4

3. Pushdown: 65x8, 60x8, 60x8

4. Flyes: 80x8, 80x8, 80x7

The bench was solid today, but I think it took a little out of me for the rest of my workout. I cant complain though. I felt good during the first two sets, only during/after the third set did I feel a little tired. The clavicle seems to hold up ok, but I wont push it too quickly.

November 14, 2006 Back Day

Starting to get huge again...ok not huge. But Im starting to see some improvements after a month into lifting again. I must say Im happy with my dedication thus far. I dont get tired until after Im home from teh gym. It happens with my damn early wake up calls and driving for 2 hrs of my day!

Right now Im mashing on a Buffalo Chicken Salad! Mmmmmmmmmmm!

How about some numbers....

1. Chinups: BWx8, BWx8, BWx5

2. Low Row: 120x8, 130x8, 130x8

3. DB Row: 50x8, 50x8, 50x8

5. Pulldown: 110x8, 110x8, 110x8

6. Seated Curl: 50x8, 60x8, 60x6

For some reason I had a burst of energy during those first two sets of chins. I was pretty happy about that. The rest of the workout went well...feeling stronger! Grrrrr. Hahahahahaha.

Mc: I wouldnt saying wrecking! Its always been a strength for me...but Ill never see my old numbers. I dont think my shoulder can hold up (not that those numbers were that high). As for the women...there might be a few I talk to here and there...but Im done chasing them. If they want my time they can earn it.

November 15, 2006 Leg Day

I thought I was going to commit vehicular homocide today leaving work. It was one of those days that I got stuck behind every dumbass who should not have a license, or atleast be allowed to drive on any sort of paved road. Not to mention half the city of Canton decided to show up on US 62 right when I was leaving work. Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!

Then when I got to the gym I discovered that I forgot my shorts at home. I thought they were in the car from last night...nope. Luckily there is a Target across the street so I wandered over there and found some awsome Browns reversible shorts. They were marked as $20, but when they rung it up they were only $10!

I actually did some squats today. Not much weight, but its the first time I did them since I broke my clavicle last year. I was a little wobbly but worked through it. The shoulder didnt feel too weird doing them either...so that was good.


1. Squats: 135x8, 155x8, 165x8

2. Leg Curl: 90x8, 100x8, 100x8

3. Bike: 2.8 miles

Thats all she wrote for leg day. I get to sleep in tomorrow until 530! Have to go to Akron for some stupid class about High Consequence Areas relating to gas lines....woooooooooo.:boring:

November 20, 2006 Chest Day

Three day week at work! Woooooooo! I can go out and sleep in this week. Otherwise its 8:50pm and Im pretty damn tired already. Thats not cool. But I did goto the gym, and I did have a good chest day. Although my left side felt a little funny after doing the pushdowns. I think I mightve strained too much trying to get extra weight....

1. Bench: 145x8, 155x8, 165x6

2. Pushdown: 65x8, 70x8, 70x6

3. HS Incline Press: 50x8, 55x8, 60x8...per side

4. HS Shoulder Press: 45x5, 45x5, 45x5...per side.
