As I'm sure you all know, some places say that methylated orals aren't that bad, while others say it's very dangerous. I've got two questions. First, is methylation methylation? Meaning that 50mg of methylated "x" is just as bad as 50mg of methylated "y", or does it matter based on the product that was methylated?
Secondly, how would teh average toxicity compare to another common liver straining product: booze? I was wondering this last night, and thought it would help give a point of reference when people say methylation is very bad. Some people probably think 4 drinks a night is horrible, while others may think it's fine. I figured maybe i'd be able to find elevated enzyme levels for people using booze, and people using methylated orals, and compare the two to find some kind of correlation between the substances, but that turned out to be something i don't think i can do (tried finding good data to input and came up with nothign)
