I really don't want to start a huge debate. I am currently eating 3-cans of tuna 6 days a week. It's quick,easy,cheap and i can actually deal with the taste right out of the can. Then as always,,,, the mercury issue comes up.
I really don't want to quit the canned tuna,,, chicken breasts are more expensive where i am at. Is there truth or hoax to this??? Is there anyone who is eating tuna at/around these same levels as i am????
