LOL didn't notice that. I guess need to be suspicious of articles without references. "Jessica" should be suggested on how to write an article correctly :)

Nevertheless, she provided a pretty good biochemical overview of fats.

Not many of use are "qualified" to write on anything related to dietetics, but that doesnt stop us, nor defaces the quality and accuracy of our work.


For those who are unfamiliar with fats in general, one part that doesn't necessarily apply to us bodybuilders here is this

If your total fat consumption is limited to 30% of total calories, you will probably be eating the right amount of saturated fats as well

I'm not saying that what she said is inaccurate, I just found it funny that the page linked to her personal site where she talks about what her favorite radio station, among other things. :p
