im looking for a website or store that sells 12 inch lift kits for either jeep grand cherokees or wranglers. Im also looking for sum really big tires, maybe 40 inch. Does anyone have an good recommendations?

12 inch? wow. if i was you i'd go with a 6 or 8 inch lift kit with 40 inch tires.
