Whatis a good breakfst combo thats quick and easy.
alot of calories and carbs

Eggs and wheat toast with some land o lakes canola oil butter, if you make the eggs the night before right before you go to bed, heating them up in the microwave really doesn't detract from the flavor.

Pre-made Oatmeal mixed with eggs - nuke in the Microwave
plus a pre-made protein Fruit shake
plus a couple of bananas..

Remember.. Fruit has lots of carbs.. plus it's quick & easy.. lol
Just mix it with a complex carb - toast or Oatmeal.. or Protein to make your breakfast last a while..

2 cups cooked brown rice
2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites
2 cups FF milk
3 slices WW toast
1 banana

hard boiled eggs are quick and easy and you can eat the yokes if u need for calories/ fat
also protein shake made with milk will give u a quick breakfast and will give you carbs- ive known ppl to mix in raw oats into thier skaes as well for a better source of carbs than milk

time permitting, i was having something like this with my bulk..

16oz milk w/ 2 scoops whey
3 hard boiled eggs
2-3 packets quaker weight control oatmeal
1 banana in the oatmeal
2 slices of cheese

if you dont have time

make a shake!
