alright so im close to six feet tall and weigh around 180-185
is this overweight for my height
ive been lifting for a little over a year now
im not fat, i just wanted to know what the average weight was for this height

BF% percent detemines overweight, or weight class for a sport. I'm 6'2" 230+ and way leaner then most people.

yeah but if your a fairly active person 6 feet 180 is a little light IMO, 6 feet 200 is very good.
