Usually in the morning I prepare 2 packets of Brown Sugar oatmeal. Its pretty cheap, easy to make, and filling. My only problem with it is that it has alot of carbs, about 75 grams for 2 packets. That combined with my other meals can add up to alot.

What do the rest of you guys eat for breakfast

6 hardboiled eggwhites with one yolk, pat of butter, and a ton of salt.

Don't get stuck with the idea of "breakfast" foods. I had 2 chicken breast left over from last night with some pasta sauce and cheese for breakfast. Eat anything that has the macros you want.

you could have cereal with whey protein. or you could make a shake the day before and have that for breakfast.

goose - try this.

Powder up some oatmeal in the blender or in a coffee grinder. Keep it handy.

For breakfast, toss some oat powder, peanut butter, whey, and milk in the blender. Voila - breakfast.

Ugh, is that supposed to be a liquid or a solid?

Anyways maybe you should make breakfast the night before so you dont have to cook in the morning, I think oatmeal or something wouldnt be to bad if you heated it up.

Yes, get up earlier.

Or, raw oats blended in milk with whey protein.

Or you could spend the 5 minutes making it in the morning...

What's wrong with carbs in the morning? They're your body's preferred fuel source. Nothing wrong with filling the tank before going on a 16 hour drive. Even 'low carb' diets can handle 50-60 grams of quality carbs.

As for me, two scoops of mint chocolate ON whey in water when I get up, and two cups of raisin bran when I get to work. I'm just maintaining until my strength gains plateau, though... you can typically eat whatever you want in whatever order you want when maintaining.
