Im going to start taking multi plus tomorrow and was woundering if I take 3 pills at once or do I spread them through out the day? I am also going to start ETS tomorrow and was woundering if they are safe to take together? Thanks

The only concern with taking them together would involve an excess intake of zinc and or magnesium. If this concerns you just skip the Multi-Plus while using ETS.

I would suggest you take the Multi-Plus tablets in one sitting.

What would be a side effect to too much zinc and magnesium??
