Iv put on 21lbs since september, maybe I am putting it back on to much. How much bf you guys think I am at and how should I respond to it, IE throw in some cardio, keep cals the same, or whatever. Abs are a little weak so dimess those weak things

Looks lean now. I'd guess 11%

Dont worry about it, bulk up. My bodyfat is like 17% and people tell me I look fine.

lol.... What do they say? Just suck er in. The only people that call me fat is my sisters and thats because I walk around my house without my shirt all the time.

BTW 17-20% is a normal bodyfat level for men.

For the average American slob maybe... 20% BF is quite high.

I'm just saying.......most people carry around 17% or so which isnt unhealthy. Weight starts getting out of control with anything above 20%.

That looks like less bf than myself and im at 12%. I'd keep bulking personally.

You still look decent however the fact you gained 21 pounds in around 2 months is slightly concerning. Start eating clean, I take it your probably not bulking clean (Ie. eating out, pizza, greasy foods... etc). You still look lean but as we have established several times on this site there seems to be a period from 12-17 % bf where people look the same.. You dont want to get to be too high of a BF percentage because it will make it a tonne more difficult to cut.

Whats your diet like?

Before I quit my job last week my diet consisted of

Morning
1 weight gainer shake (1200cals)
2 packets oatmeal

Snack
1 protein bar (220cals)

Lunch
2 cans of tuna
1 cup of soup

Snack
1 protein bar

Dinner consisted somewhere of meat and noodles with some cooked vegetables

Then after workout another weight gainer shake. Maybe once or every other week Ill break down and do to mickey d's or arbies. I think I just packed on weight fast because I went from a 2,000 cals then just jumped it to 3700-4000. Last year I bulked to much, sure dont wanna go to far this year
