how would you eat egg whites?

i was thinking off getting a bunch of egg whites out and blending them without sugar or anything which would give them a whip cream look, might be easier to eat

any advice?

I don't have any specific answer, but I guess that leaving the boiled eggs in their shells would make them keep for much longer. I mean, 2 weeks doesn't sound safe for just plain white egg.

Egg protein is better absorbed into the body when cooked. Id just hardboil them and than keep them in the fridge. Why leave them as a liquid? Might as well buy the carton in that case.

i know to keep them solid.

what i meant is...after they are hard boiled...should i take them out of the shell..or leave them in the shell for storage purposes.

If I were you, I'd just leave them in the shell. That way they won't dry out as much, have as much exposure to air (and other airborne stuff in the fridge), and they won't stink as bad. Anybody who eats boiled eggs knows that once you crack that shell, the eggs stink like crap. I'd think they'd stink up the fridge if you took the shell off before storing them. Ewww.
