AAS/heart problems

i was told by a friend that he read a study linking AAS to definitely having heart attacks at around 40+ years of age. any long term users care to share some knowledge on this cloudy subject that i have here.

There is definite evidence of a link between AAS and heart damage, but no one knows the exact pathophysiology of it.

There are 4 hypotheses of AAS causing heart disease:
1) an atherogenic model involving the effects of AAS on lipoprotein concentrations
2) a thrombosis model involving the effects of AAS on clotting factors and platelets
3) a vasospasm model involving the effects of AAS on the vascular nitric oxide system
4) a direct myocardial injury model involving the effects of AAS on individual myocardial cells.

well have you guys heard of any specific cases? i really had my sights on getting into a second cycle and now the heart issue is a little disturbing.

like have you personally heard of any people having heart attacks with the main cause being juice

i dont believe theirs ever been a death or anything life threatening proved to steroid use but i could be wrong
