Pre-workout note: This was a pretty easy one, because I don't want to be sore on the first day of crew conditioning. I'm usually sore for 2-3 days, but I can only afford to be sore for 1 this time. I didn't do abs because They were sore from the day before I did abs, but didn't log it.

Squats:

125x10
Calf raises:
100x15(held for 10 seconds on last rep)
100x16(held for 5 seconds on last rep)

Rows:
95x7
95x6
Pull-ups:
BWx7

Benchpress:
115x6
110x9

Curlbar curls
63x8
63x5

Close-grip benchpress:
95x12
95x8

Lateral raises:
15x10
15x10

Post-workout note:Ya, I said it was an easy one. I probably won't post another workout for at least a month because I probably won't log it at first at conditioning, which is all I'll be doing as far as lifting unless I can't do something there.
