Just a quick one, probably obvious but i'm not sure. I'm wondering whether my breakdown of calories/macros seems good. I'm unsure because some people seem to stick to a certain macro ratio among the three, while others seem to say as long as you have enough fat, enough protein, you use carbs to fill up the rest and hit your calorie goal. So, i've been seeing my protein isn't always that high percentage wise, but it is high overall relative to my weight.

Anyways, here's the figures:
23 years old, training for size. Currently 156.5lbs (numbers may seem high, but if i don't eat a ton i don't put anything on. Even when i eat a ton and have training dialed in perfectly, gains are still slow as hell)

Past week breakdown from fitday, daily average:
3665 calories
109g fat (27%)
441g carbs (47%)
230g protein (26%)

No ratios.

As long as your hitting .5g/lb of lbm for fat and 1g/lb of lbm for protein. Everything else doesn't matter.
