Since im cutting or leaning whateva ,just trying to loose some fat and look lean i was wondering if a fruit during the day whould be fine as a snack to calm hunger down cause Meal3-About 2 Grilled Chicken /Vegs/Efa or some peanuts and i was wondering if adding a fruit later like 1hr later after Meal 3 like 1pm is okay ? like a apple some kind of fruit that isn;t really high in GI scale

Fruit is not good on a CKD, if that is what you are doing. An apple has 21 grams of carbs and you need to hold it to around 20/day.

Not to mention that fruit is basicly sugar. Think about it in terms like that.... then you should know whether or not to have it in your meal. ;)

Eat some peanuts or something. Taste better too!

Also, peanuts on a cutting diet is probably not a good idea either...
Syntek, do you eat them on a cuttin diet?

Just depends on what else you're eating.
your apples are big if they have 21 grams of carbs.
Not every one diets on keto.
A apple will be fine, as its low in kcal and will help bloat you up.

Body, according to the USDA an apple that is 138g (1/3 of a pound) has 21g carbs.
You are right that not everybody does the keto diet. However, reso has been on this board the past few days asking questions about the keto diet.

At least CKD losers know how to lose fat without losing muscle mass. :)
tru :) except newbies:) i dont wanna risk it
you do not need to do keto to loose wieght. If you want a quick bit of water loss its good.
therhoads -reso ask lots of stuff but then will re ask the same question. he is never quite sure what he is going to do. speak to him chat. I have answered the same question there for him about 5 times.
