My legs were "ok" they could have been better - next time around I'll hit it. That was my frist show...

Thanks dude - I went up to 184 before I started to cut down. I really got to fucus on my diet this time though - its better to get up to 190-200 before I cut next time.

This is going to take a while...

What contest did you enter? Can you post pics of yourself at around 184, I just want to compare....I like your look and one day if I competed I would like to look as impressive as you do for my first show.....

Sorry man, never took any pictures while bulking. Didnt have a digital camera, but I do now. I'm going to take pics this time.
