View Full Version : no carbs after 5pm...but what should i eat....

i am trying to lost some weight.. i workout almost everyday.. weights.cardio and basketball.. i have been eating right..chicken.rice. fruit.vegies.. but i have bad days..pizza.wings..... plus i drink coca cola..maybe 2/day... but i am going to get serious with this... starting right now... i need some advice on eating habits.. every cutting diet i see has no carbs after 5 pm.. then what do i eat? i work irregular hours.. 2 30 til 11pm so i go to lunch at 7 30 wiht a break at 9 20 ...i need some ideas..thanks...
ps..i love this website.. i have learned more from you guys then any muscle or fitness magazine..thanks again..

Bring some tuna with you.. Its high in protein, low in everything else. Its a great food if you are trying to keep out the carbs and fat!

hey when i did this i ate 4-5 carb meals and after six had two with only protein and fat usually no carbs after 6pm and i cheated on weekends trying to limit bad carbs after 6pm and i cut fine

Pfft... eat carbs after 5PM. I eat carbs all the way up until around 7:30 or 8 (And I'm dropping fat).

Cutting out the 2 sodas will cut at least 90 grams of sugar out of your diet. If you can't live without soda, at least drink diet.

Yup. About 300 calories just by not drinking regular soda. People don't realize how bad soda is for you...
