I'm looking to do some GPP on off days at the gym. However, I'm not sure what I should be doing in terms of timing. Here's an example.
Monday I work lower body. On tuesday, should I be doing pullthroughs, sprinting, or other lower work? Should I be doing any upper work such as dips, chins, rows, with upper body being on wednesday?
I know many people say that sled work is great, and I would agree with them if I could afford a sled. Perhaps I will see if I can get one made for me at a local metalshop sometime, but in the meanwhile, is it asking for reduced gains to be doing leg-inclusive work two days in a row? Or doing upper body work two days in a row?
