Hi there,
I'm currently in the process of refining my diet, feel free to check out my fitday. I have been sick the last two days so it's incomplete.

The real reason for this thread is for help with my food preparation for the week.
I would like to make a batch of tuna, mayo and seeds and was wondering how long this might last in the fridge. Would it possibly last 7 days?
How long would boiled eggs last?
Is there a general rule for the shelf life of prepared food.
