Pre workout i tend to have 20g of protein,in the form of a shake and some slow release carbs.Usually an hour before i train.Any particular carb providing foods?What do others eat before they train and how long before.

PREWORKOUT i usually dont stress, just have something healthy that will energize you, most of the time, on weekends or holidays i train early so breakfast is my preworkout, when do you train?

I usually have a protein shake about 1.5 hours before I roll in JiuJitsu class. I found 1.5 hours is a good measure - don't get hungry and don't feel full.
My shake has oat bran, banana, milk, yogurt, berries, shot of acai and whey protein. Get's me through a grueling workout.

I usually have the same shake when I bulk before going to lift.

Never had the fuit itself. The juice tastes interesting cause they I think have some other juices in it too like the pomergrenage, etc. But I don't really taste it cause it's a in shake.

I train mostly on an evening,usually mon and wed.,on my day off i train just before lunch time and also the same on a saturday.I wish i could train earlier on a monday and wednesday.
