Veggies? Fat? Too much SS cardio. Try some HIIT instead.

Why the all-whey diet? Why so much cardio? Where are your fats?

What are your macros?

Fat is way too low to be healthy. You probably need about 10x that. Shoot for at least .5g per LBM.

Your fats are beyond too low. You probably need somewhere in the 70-80g per day range as a minimum.

Which would explain why you are not losing fat. You need to eat fat to lose fat. Sounds strange, but true. I suggest reading Bernardis articles on fat to get a better understanding on what it does for you and how low fat is bad for fat loss.

Thanks for the advice. What sources should I use to get the fat from?

What are your maintenance calories, delphys?

If you really need that low cals, which I don't see how unless you killed your metabolism (which is verk likely with almost no fat), you could drop 40-50g or protein off.

PSMF might be the way to go. Read the book - do NOT try to wing it.

Ditch flax oil. Read issue 1 of Get Built - it's all in there.

for my fat sources, I predominately eat avocadoes and raw mixed nuts. Try that. your fat intake is definitely way too low. I would sacrifice a whey protien shake if you're worried about calories.

Anyone?
What is considered the definitive guide/book to PSMF?

Lyle's book.
