very nice, honestley It looks like you could have done more....not that I know...Just looked like you did that with some ease. Whats your height and current weight?

I am 6'1 and I top out at 196 pounds...probably 190 pounds in the morning.

I attempted 455 after that lift and only cracked it about an inch. But yes, I probably could have done a bit more.

Decent lift. I tried 405 today after 365 being my old PR. Didn't budge much. Maybe cause i had 4x5 before I attemptd it but :( I'm at 360x5 so I gave it a shot.
