Ok, here's the scoop. 6'1", 235lbs, 21.2% BF... I'm trying to lose around 25 lbs of fat at least. At the moment, I'm working out 3 times a week, and doing cardio another 3 times, leaving Sunday for rest. I eat about 2000-2500 calories a day and don't eat carbs after 8pm...
I need some help with a good diet to cut all the fat
Plus, I need a few questions answered.
Hydroxycut:- How well does it work?
Coffee:- I take about 3 cups before I sleep (with a lot of trouble) to boost my metabolism. Am I doing right?
Meals:- I've heard that if I don't eat within 2 hrs of cardio, I'll burn more fat. But if I eat after that 2 hrs, won't the food just get stored as fat? (assuming there's about 70gms of carbs in it)
Please help me out peeps
