I have been running around in my head for some reason, I think someone told me but I was told that the body can only absorb about 50g of protein in one sitting. Is there any truth to that? if not, what is the limit, or is there one?
For example, I'm about to eat a steak with 79 g of protein... how much of that protein is going to waste?
