Injectable carnitine

well I have seen people using it(cardispan) and it works damm welll!!!!!, however I want to know whats the best metod for the injections, some people say that in the butt for overall fat loss, and other in specifica areas for spot-fat loss, hoever I read in the Internets that it has to go in a vein


so what do you guys say???

BTW since is carnitine is legal in the US rigth?

I have never heard of this before. I'll have to do some research and get back to you. Off the top of my head, this sounds ridiculous, tho.
