I don't really wanna use fitday for some reason or another. I want to keep track of my meal plan in a notebook. What are the things I should be leeping track of from meal to meal? Carbs, Fat, Protein? Anything else?

Try to record basically everything on the label. I don't keep trake of the vitamins and other nutrients at the bottom of food labels but I do keep track of the basics.

Calories, Fat (All types), Carbs (sugar and fibre), Sodium, Cholesterol, and Protein.
