is it okay if i get most (almost all, lol) of my protein from dairy? i cant get it from meat (vegetarian here) so most of the time it's usually nuts, milk, cheese, beans. but mostly milk and cheese and dairy

I don't see why it would be a bad thing. Not ideal, but far from bad.
In case you weren't aware, there is a vegan protein supplement call "Vega". I don't know what its protein sources are, but you can google it for more info.

Go buy a bunch of mixed nut bags and snack on those all day; tons of protein in those! (and delicious) And lots of peanut butter!!

The only problem I could think of is when I eat too much dairy it gives me the worst ****s. I used to drink a gallon of milk a day. Whoa that was a rough couple of night.
