Just started Westside--few questions.

1) I don't care about bi's and such but should a few set bi's, calves, forearms be tacked on just for balance?

2) Stiff legged DL & Good Mornings--I have gone pretty heavy (some people thought I was nuts) but singles? Is it safe for your back?

3) How long until you actually max in Bench, SQ & DL?

** Depends. What are your goals? What are your weaknesses?

2) Stiff legged DL & Good Mornings--I have gone pretty heavy (some people thought I was nuts) but singles? Is it safe for your back?

** If you use good form. But you don't have to use singles for ME work.

3) How long until you actually max in Bench, SQ & DL?

** Whenever you want.

Yeah, I hear that. I'll just warm up more and stretch a bit more than usual proir to doing heavy triples w stiff leg or good mornings. ty.
