Age: 18
Height: 5'11
Weight: 170 lbs
Ive been doing WBB1 for about 2 monthes now and have put on quite a big of size.

Before
Heres what my body looked like during the summer. Its the best pic I can find as I did not pose half naked very much. I was about 150-155 there at most.

Here are some crappy photos of me posing. I didnt have a good quality cam.
Whats my BF%? I would say 20%.
Look at those massive 13.5 inch arms! :o

I want to be around 180 pounds of pure lbm. That would be perfect.

Ive got a long way to go :(

From what I can see with those pics it looks like you made some good progress in such a short time. Looks to me like you have gained some size in your chest and arms. I would say bf is around 18 to 20. Keep up the good work.

Ok, cool
20% aint bad.

Thanks for the comments.
I seem to have gained a bit of fat around my love handles. It seems to me that this is where I gain alot of my fat. Could doing oblique excersises reduce the "saggy" look?

you CAN'T spot reduce!
Just keep lifting heavy.. everywhere.. including abs.. and eating right and your body will take care of the "saggy" spots.

BTW.. good job on the improvements.. keep them going.

I know I cant spot reduce, but would gaining muscle in that area give it a more tight look?

And for a person who benches 135 is my chest lacking in sie? Or right where its suppose to?

Tight, no....

Muscular, possibly...

It really depends on the area, if you want the 'lean' and 'ripped' look then you have to actually get lean. If you want to be generally speaking 'bigger' then go for it but you wont look tight unless you eat really healthy. Your chest will be where it needs to be because that is where it is at, frankly, I think a good set of legs on a guy is a lot better then pronounced pecs. Work your whole body, eat clean, and keep going until you gain some more muscle, then start cuttng for the summer.

if you're talking about the stomach area, no amount of core/oblique/abdominal training will do what you want. if you're going for the fitness model six pack, your bodyfat percentage is by far the most important part. I always had a great looking six pack, even when my abdominal muscles rivaled that of a little girl (okay i was never really weak, but you know hwat i mean - i never trained my stomach, it was only as strong as i was naturally, but my low bf% made my stomach have that look, not the muscle)

Although I think to some extent working abs make some difference.

i.e there's a difference between a skinny guys abs that are purely there because of low body fat and a guy who trains his abs and has the same body fat.

BFGuitar, keep up the lifting. You do have a long way to go but consistency is the key... stick with it and you'll see results./

working abs will make for nicer abs when they're visible, but big abs won't negate abdominal fat.

you look around 15% to me. Nice difference. Keep it up, just try to keep your weight steady

30% is WAY WAY too much. You'd have to cut for months and months to get rid of that fat.

why would you EVER want to be 30% bodyfat expecially for a guy???? you should be eating lots and lots of clean foods protein being the main source,
in order to gain size i dont know why being fat would be your goal

and i ageee with ruffian i guy w/ big legs is way better then a guy with huge pecs and tooth pick legs

WHAT!! You guys would prefer to have thick legs over a thick chest, if you had to choose? Your nuts!

Lucky me cause my legs are huge :D
Its a genetic thing... My ankles are massive for a person of my stature and lifting abilities.

^^

Don't base bulking/cutting on weight goals unless you're competing in something that has weight classes. If you're just doing this for yourself then go by the mirror! When you decide you are fat, cut until you think you are thin enough to bulk again!

Im going to relook my consumption numbers. Lately my diet has been pretty bad, I think im going to have to change that.
Unfortunately the fat I have gained is going to stay with me no matter how clean of a bulk I do... Heinz-sight is in 20/20

lol hind-sight is definitely 20/20... but dude, why would u think if u continue a clean bulk that ur fat would have to stay with u? if u drop ur cals so that they're barely above maintenance for a little while, chances are that since u are relatively new to lifting u can do a mini recomposition. so just eat healthy, and lift big. u'll get to where u want to be.

Heres two more pics of me. I finnaly got a good back shot and another front shot.

Amazingly, ive put on weight yet my definition seemed to have increased in my abs. Thanks to built and her weighted crunches advice :D

Lately in the past few days ive been missing breakfast (waking up at 12 tends to do that). Im going to start eating more today :)

You're under 15%..the abs are peeking out. You're not exactly 10%, but somewhere in-between.

Good progress. Keep going. You're now in the "not skinny, looks like he might lift weights" category. Your brother is not..keep that in mind when he starts running his mouth.
