So you dont really eat any red meat?
why do you buy the pickle relish, vanilla extract and what is natty PB ?
Do you mean Peanut Butter?
I usually get for about 100 dollars:
3 large steak
3 double chicken breast
2 bags oatmeal
3 tins tuna 500g
1 bag brown rice
2 x 500 g cottage cheese
1 block of cheese 500g
honey, bread, milk
apples brocoli bananas carrots onions sweet potatoes
and that gets me by for about 5 days.

I think about 50-70 dollars would be enough food for a week. For me it's probably around 40 dollars a week. I buy all the cheapest stuff I can find (Grocery store brand).
Join a wholesale club like BJ's. They have great deals on eggs, chicken, turkey, big bags of frozen veggies etc.

Syntekz, $40/week - Damn. Wait until you get married and have kids, it goes up to about $200/wk.

I don't plan on that for a long while, and if I do. I'll make my wife buy her own damn food. ;)
