I just realized how close I am to my goals.

I'm 6'1", 235~ lbs, mid twenties body fat.

17" arms, 36" waist.

Bench: 280x1
Dead: 430x1
Squat, ATF: (Est.) 325x1




I'm going to bulk a bit longer and then hit up a cut.

I realized how amazingly stupid I've been. I've gotten into a groove. Hearing Holywars talk about zeroing in on his goals has me wondering. I feel as though I've been wasting time.

I'm not actually going to list all foods, but diet looks something like this:

4600 calories
40/30/30


Tons of tuna and chicken, a lot of wheat, plenty of nuts.



Goals:

315x1 bench
465x1 dead
350x1 squat

250 lb bodyweight @ <38" waist.

Run 5k in under 20 minutes.

Good luck man, even though Im sure you will not need it. I think your goals are very atainable. Im looking forward to seeing your progress and Ill definatly come to St. johns for a few worksouts when you get back from the holidays seeing as I live 5 minutes away by car.
