Hiya, i'm on my psmf and am resigned to eating lotsa fibrous veggies. I ate a stick of celery earlier; it was not a nice experience :eek:

Does anyone know any low calorie condiments or spices that can be added to these, that might give em a tangy or sweet taste?

I bought some mustard, soy sauce, lee and perrins worcester sauce, mint sauce and barbeque salt. Will let people know how these fare :D

Broccoli might be a better way to get your fiber in. Spinach too.

Aha, i got some spinach! I thought broccoli was starchy though?
