Demolished from little sleep and working hard while cutting, this sucks lol. 405 to follow when I wake up at 9 to get ready for work.

Sounds screwed up for some reason, worked fine when I played em on my PC before uploading.

You are really favoring your right leg. Did you have any knee or hip issues on your left?

Nice catch, it could just be that im crooked or that my form is that off. 405x10 is up.

I've never offically hurt my left one, but I did pinch a nerve in it during football camp one year.

You looked jacked in the vids bro. I agree with sensei though, balance looked way off.

Its because im crooked in the power cage (and the cage itself was propbably crooked. IE one foot father in front of the others.

Calfs, their not 20.. I dont think so anyhow.

Now that I watch my 315x1 again I was deff crooked, left foot was in front of right foot.

WBBIRL its difficult to tell from the shot, but it looks like your not sitting back into the squat. Your just going down and so your form is suffering.
Box squats will help you out, just put the box back far enough that you really need to sit back to hit it. Just one oberservation

That was a bad angle but this was a learning experience too lol. Ill try to get a more "side" shot for next time out. My left foot was behind my right foot, and my right foot was my "power" foot in football so I guess my body learned to be Dependant upon it although to my knowledge they are of equal power.

Even looking good for 300 still looks pretty bad to me. It'll change soon enough

It looked as though you were not keeping your back perfectly straight as you started to come up from that squat. I think the same thing happens to me sometimes on my deads. I have slightly pulled my lower back 3 times now in a year because of form that was just a little off, be careful man.

BTW, That's a lotta weight! Very strong!:strong: keep it up.
