Just a quick en regarding creatine

i got some creatine mono today and was wondering should i bother with loading, imo its just guna cost more, also on training days should i take it post workout with my whey and dextrose, if so how much? 5g?

when should i take it on non training days?

the only part of that im willing to answer is the loading...you dont have to load. but as the others said.......do some looking.

i have looked, nothing answering my specific question, well except loading isnt neccessary and take 5g daily

none say when to take it on training days and when to take it on non training days.

before you go start looking, dont you think it would be easier just to answer my question.

take 5g daily and non training days.I take it 30 mins prior to training.5g chug it down with water or in your shake
