Whoa.. I just had the most insane violent puking session. I crawled into bed around 4:30 am, as my body had this warm, flu like tingling feeling. My head mildly spun, nothing big.. and I was freezing cold, so I cranked the heat.
Ever since I laid done, I have been waking up with a burning stomach and esophagus lining. I'd tell myself not to throw up, it'll burn like a mofo.
So, about 10 mins ago, I sat up and walked over to grab some gum (that helps me keep my mind off stuff) and that's when I heaved. I booted through the door, and puked as I was running to the sink. It flew out of my mouth, hitting the side of the sink at about 10 mph, and splashed all over the inside of the sink. Looking at this, made me puke again. OH MY GOD!!! It burned like a mofo. I sat there, about 12 times... burn, burn, burn. Then I came to my room, and i am not sitting here chewing some gum. I have a headache, and mild spin as I haven't slept for more then 3 hours.
I wasn't even drunk either, but yesterday was my cheat night. We all parted pretty hard the night before (I stuck to my diet, however broke it when my Mom took me for dinner and my friends took me to the bar, I got a job.. so it was a special occasion).
I think I know what made me sick.. we all relaxed last night, so we grabbed Monopoly and had about 7 of us around the table.. however we didn't start till Midnight, so the girls wanted to play Trival Pursuit (zzzzzzzzzzz). Well we played, I ate the following:
- 3/4 of a bag of Jalapeno and Cheddar Doritos.
- 1 large jersey milk bar
- 6 rye and faygo's (coke)
Earlier in the day, for my first meal (I only ate twice basically) I had:
- 1 panzorotti
- 15 HOT chicken wings
- 1 piece of Garlic Bread
- 2 Pepsi's
Anyways, the moral of the story is.. when you eat healthy for 6 days out of the week (well, 5 for me this week) and you pig out on **** like that, in the 6th week of your program.. it will make you ill, and you will puke violently. hehe.. nah, I am sure it was just the fact that I ate a lot before bed.
Well, I am done rambling.. I had a puking feeling, so I just kept typing. Ahhhhhhhh, Juicy Fruit!
