I am a 14 year old, i have been lifting for about 6 monthes and i was rly fat at one time and after i started lifting my BF% went way down. But now basketball is starting and i want to lose some more fat it just doesent want to come off i am 5-10 190-200 pounds 23.3% body fat. SInce i go to school everyday i eat the same thing.

Breakfast- Oatmeal
Lunch- ham or tuna grinder
Dinner chicken,hamburger

is this good if i want to lose weight or no should i change what i am eating i do have snacks during the day.
