View Full Version : Cutting routine - Dietary side

Hey guys... I was looking for some pointers on cutting. Heres what i have so far.
I'm 5'11, 237lbs. I am 30% bf :(

my daily meals look like this

two egg whites - 1 piece of whole wheat toast.

nothing until lunch

1 cup of rice, 1 cup of chopped chicken, a few veggies.

mid afternoon snack, something like a few oz of chicken

dinner - steak, porkchops or chicken, probably 8oz of any of them. 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of salad, which includes onions and tomatos.

I am also drinking lactaid w/ nitrean periodically throughout the day... getting usually 1700-2100 calories, a balance of protein and carbs.

I am taking thermocin one time a day, as well as some omega 3 pills, and or flax seed oil.

I am still lifting.

I'd like to get down to about 205-210... maybe even lower. I am a football player and a lacrosse player and def want to be in the best shape i can be this year.

How many grams of protein, carbs, and fat are you getting each day?

What does your exercise routine look like?

For your height and weight, that seems like very low calories, even for cutting, but everyone is different.

generally between 160-200 grams of each per day
