Does anyone have a link that explains this? I've tried google all that comes up is sites trying to slang caps. I've read the ideal ratio is 4g of omega 6 per 1gram of omega 3, how can you tell how much grams of each are comming in through diet? The polyunsaturated fats are listed on labels but it dont break it down further into LNA and LA content. I'm just freaked out cus I always thought as long as your eating unsaturated fats your golden, now I'm reading they can kill you if un-balanced. So I should only watch out on polys and not monos?? so lost plz help anyone.
