Looking for some good rotator cuff exercises that use free weights. mine are a bit weeker and prone to soreness from my recent bout of inactivity.
I know of some exercises I could do with the old bowflex that is sitting in my garage, but it currently covereds, by a set of corvette headers, the stock h-pipe froma 01 mustang cobra and various other parts from an 86 mustang I'm turning into a street/strip car. It's in the section of my garage that I call the "grave yard" :-) If I pull it out, then I'll have to organize the grave yard. I don't want to do that! lol
Any one got any practical experience with good stretches and resistance training for the RC's and some links for proper form for these?
