goal: tune up and general improve fitness before 2007
target areas - arms and chest (measurements to follow)

height - 176 cm
age - 30 years
weight - about 80K
BF - must be at least 15-18%

in not too bad shape compared to the average person but well below my acceptable standards and feeling sluggish. Getting a mini-gut and haven't had much enthusiasm for training lately due to work commitments and general tiredness.

salmon and feta cheese salad
brocoli and proscuittio soup
slice of bread
protein shake / soy milk
