Since July, ive gained about 30 solid pounds. The thing is, people have told me that 1 lb a week is the most I shoudl gain. I should have gained 16 pounds going like that.
The thing is, I was 145, and 5'11 (really underweight). I gained to 165 really quickly, stopped for a a few weeks, ate more, and am now 175. How much of what I gained is fat? Ive got pictures here http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=88320
My strength has has gone up ALOT, and so has my size. I just want to know if I did a stupid thing by eating so much, or really my eating went mostly to muscle mass.
