for a bulking diet,do these figures look right? 180lbs,not sure what bodyfat percentage is,but im not lean.
so i worked out:
360 grams/1440 cals carb (2 grams per lb bodyweight)
216 grams/864 cals pro (1.2 grams per lb bodyweight)
76 grams/691 cals fat (30% of total calories from above)
