Like the title said.
This was very tough. I dont know how anybody could have 225 on their back and squat for 100 reps non stop. Thats just ludicrous!
I tried for 100 reps just to see if i could get 100 reps of my bodyweight. If i would have carried on I probs could have got near 120-130 But then i would have probably died. Take a look. Quite boring but if your a fan of endurance or crossfit style training you might like it ;)

Good stuff, now try bottom to bottom tabata squats and see how it compares!

BroGain - Thank you :) But sadly not. Im still on my rest period and ive also got tendonitis in my hand. I was just browsing the forum and saw squat challenge and I wanted to try 100 no weight squats.
Progress - And I hate the camera. So we are half and half on that one.

I counted 13 of those that were of questionable depth. I'd say you actually squatted more like 90.

we had to do 120 for muay thai conditioning. that was a bitch and half. i feel your pain.

I was hoping you were going to have your body weight on a bar and squat that!
I just wouldn't have the patience to do it :p
